The course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills essential to deliver better written business reports.
The Strategy and Management Practice through Business Simulation course is an EQF/MQF Level 5 course accredited with 8 ECTS credits. This course is designed to give students a practical understanding of how to run a business through business simulation game/s. This course is also one of the specialist modules which are part of the Undergraduate Higher Diploma in SME Management Programme. The duration of the course is 6 weeks and delivered fully online.
Knowledge at the end of the course:
- Understand the process by which the simulation develops each iterative scenario.
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of different scenarios and their relevance to the different business challenges in the real world.
- Know how to approach the data collection, and analysis process essential to understand the dynamics of the simulation and to provide the information required for each successive decision making process.
