Power to Overcome: 4 Skills that Uplift

Finding ourselves in midst of a global pandemic we need reassurance and foster a spirit of positivity. This block of 4 workshops is providing you with tools and strategies that can help you maximise good use of ‘down-time’ brought on by national COVID safety measures and is giving you that extra push to become and overcomer of the challenges thrown at you.

All about our ‘default’ systems and cognitive-emotional programming driving our re-actions and decision making.
