The purpose of such a training programme is to upgrade employees currently working in lower levels of housekeeping and provide them with the skills and understanding of carrying out the roles and responsibilities as a supervisor.
The Award in Housekeeping Supervisions is suitable for candidates who wish to enrich their portfolio by certifying a range of skills applicable or required in a holding a supervisory position in the hospitality industry. The Award can be taken alone or in combination with any other professional examination depending on the candidate’s personal development and study plan.
The Award’s total contact time is 30 hours made up both teaching and demonstration and practice. The Award is accredited with 3 ECVETs (MQF) by the NCFHE
