The accredited level 5 programme will equip participants with the essential tools to conduct different recruitment and selection methods. Participants will understand how to construct effective job descriptions and person specifications and will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of their current approaches and implement effective improvements.
This is for you if you are looking to, or will become, involved in recruitment selection and resourcing techniques.
This award is an interactive training programme delivered over two modules.
Participants will be provided with an overview of the recruitment, selection and resourcing process, including preparing and conducting selection interviews, dealing with subjectivity, diversity and good practice in line with employment law amongst others.
In addition, a number of best practices will be shared.
This programme is accredited by NCFHE at Level 5 (4 ECTS).
