Essentials of Marketing & Sales

The course will provide tools and necessary knowledge and the skill in applying marketing and sales practices which would help grow a business. It will be based on current best practices, which we ourselves apply in the consultancy roles in applying marketing and sales practices in different organisations.

The Essentials of Marketing & Sales is an EQF/MQF Level 5 course accredited with 8 ECTS credits. The course will provide tools and necessary knowledge and the skill in applying marketing and sales practices which would help grow a business. It will be based on current best practices, which we ourselves apply in the consultancy roles in applying marketing and sales practices in different organisations. This course is also one of the foundation modules which are part of the Undergraduate Higher Diploma in SME Management Programme. The duration of the course is 6 weeks and delivered fully online.

Being it a short course, it is can be considered as one module however, the lectures can be split into these 5 broad categories:

  • Fundamental Concepts of Marketing
  • Corporate Strategic Planning/The Marketing Mix and Business Relationship
  • Managing the Marketing Process
  • Personal Selling
  • Sales Management
