The Essentials of HRM is an EQF/MQF Level 5 course accredited with 8 ECTS credits. This course will provide tools and necessary knowledge and the skill in applying human resources management practices which would help grow and manage a business. It will be based on current best practices, which we ourselves apply in the consultancy roles in applying management practices in different organisations. This course is also one of the foundation modules which are part of the Undergraduate Higher Diploma in SME Management Programme. The duration of the course is 6 weeks and delivered fully online.
