This practical and comprehensive 5-hour course will plainly explain the duties and responsibilities of a company secretary. During the lectures, participants will be provided with the essential knowledge to succeed in this challenging role.

The aim of this course is to describe the duties of a company secretary, providing participants with a detailed understanding and ensuring you are fully up-to-date and compliant with your legal responsibilities.
